Barsac is in a very sheltered South facing valley with a rocky soil that is ideal for cultivating vines.

The cellar is open 7 days a week from 9am to 7pm.
Tour of the cellar and the vinestock around the buildings by appointment with a wine-tasting

The market stand is on markets in the Vercors in the Drôme and the Chartreuse in the Isère all year.
The « Clairette Walkway starts in Barsac.
The producer
This is a small family-run vineyard covering 8 hectares/19.7 acres in the hamlet of Viopis in the district of Barsac and the soil is worked mechanically.
The picking is done by hand and the yard is converting to organic farming with the 2013 harvest wholly organic under the Ecocert label.
