Please come and taste our different cuvées, made in accordance with traditional methods:
Clairette de Die Tradition : fine muscat
Crémant de Die brut: a brut full of character with aromas of honey and white flowers
Coteaux de Die « Fleur de Clairette »: a dry white wine with a hint of liquorice and anise.
Tourist information and activities
The cellar is open on high season week days from May to September 8am to 12am and 1.30pm to 5.30pm
Open during weekends from 9am to 12am and 3pm to 5pm
Open during the low season by appointment only.
Visits by appointment of the vinestock, the yard, the wine-making methods, the cellar with a wine-tasting
