As you take the D93 coming out of Vercheny, going towards Die, you will find the Carod wine cellars, in a sheltered, hillside sun trap. The name of Carod is especially concerned with knowledge, enthusiasm and men.
The Clairette Museum was created in 1993 and here you will discover the traditions and methods of wine-making through different scenes presented. Afterwards you are welcome to come and enjoy a glass of Clairette or Crémant de Die.
