Cave Jaillance


The vineyards of the 220 winegrowers associated with Jaillance are in the Vercors foothills between the Alps and Provence.

Tourist information and activities

During the guided tour of our cellars you will discover everything about how Clairette de Die is made, the land and its legends (sound and light show).

The visit ends with a wine-tasting at the « bar à bulles » - « the bubble bar ».

The producer

The cooperative cellar of Jaillance was established in 1950 under the initative of Henri Bonnet.

In a cooperative business a real team spirit is essential at all levels, a true attachment to the land, work well done and respect for the environment. Since 1989 the winegrowers have therefore chosen to cultivate their vines organically. The areas of land devoted to organic farming have progressively increased and all the grapes are picked by hand.

Jaillance’s savoir-faire is all in its wines that can be appreciated the year round: Clairette de Die, Crémant de Die and Châtillon-en-Diois.

The Cave Jaillance can be found on the main road on arrival in Die and is open every day of the year for guided tours, wine-tastings and various events.
