From the start the UVJR has only used methods that are respectful of the environment. The real needs of the vine are met with a concerted effort to preserving the quality of the water, the air and the soil as they consider the land as being their greatest treasure.

The cellar is open every day for wine-tasting and sales from 9.30am to 12am and 2pm to 6.30pm

In July and August there is a visit of the cellar and a wine-tasting every Friday that also includes a video presentation lasting 1hour and 15mns.

The producer

The Union des Jeunes Viticulteurs Récoltants – the Union of Young Winegrowers and Pickers – is an initiative undertaken by a group of seven associates. Their strength lies in the combining of their individual talents and experience gleaned over two generations.

The team takes care of the process entirely independently, planting the vines, cultivating them, making the wines and selling them. As they are involved with each stage of production the quality of the wines are guaranteed.
