The cabanon and the surrounding plot are private property. No trespassing !
Cabanons are often built on slopes, and half-buried.
This one sits at the centre of the plot (a former vineyard).
It was sheltered by a tree, which has disappeared.
The only opening is a door looking south.
There was a vine arbour on the front gable to provide shade in the summer.
On larger cabanons, the slope provided a direct access on each ot the two levels.
